Private Market Valuations During Periods of Heightened Market Volatility - Virtual Fireside Chat

Dear SAIA community,

As we are all grappling with the uncertainty of the current environment, we have decided to host a series of virtual events in place of our traditional schedule. Our focus remains on providing educational opportunities and bringing in experts to address topics relevant to the current environment. To that end, we are excited to introduce our first event focusing on private market valuations during periods of heightened volatility, which is scheduled for July 16th. Speakers include valuation experts and venture and growth equity managers. The discussion will include topics such as:

Lessons learned from 2008

Key considerations and inputs for models, with examples from Q1 and Q2

The impact of public market performance on lagged private marks
